Conduct: Xhevlan Xhevukaj (“Mr Xhevukaj”) breached his duties as the director of Castle Valeting Services Ltd (“CVSL”) by failing to ensure that it complied with legislative requirements in that: • CVSL did not comply with its statutory obligations under The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 resulting in the employment of three people who did not have the appropriate rights to work. • Home Office Immigration Enforcement (“HOIE”) after investigating CVSL issued a Notification of Liability for a Civil Penalty of £120,000 in respect of the employment of these workers, payment of which was due on or before 18 November 2024. • CVSL has not paid the penalty due to HOIE. • Mr Xhevukaj was the sole appointed director of CVSL at the time of the breach of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality legislation.
