Conduct: Altin Hysa ("Mr Hysa") breached his duties as the director of Golden Hand Car Wash Ltd ("GHCWL") by failing to ensure that it complied with legislative requirements in that: • GHCWL did not comply with its statutory obligations under The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 resulting in the employment of three people who did not have the appropriate rights to work. • Home Office Immigration Enforcement ("HOIE") visited the trading premises of GHCWL on 21 August 2024 finding three people without the appropriate permission to work and issued a Notification of Liability for a Civil Penalty of £120,000 in respect of the employment of these workers, payment of which was due on or before 26 December 2024. • GHCWL has not paid the penalty due to HOIE. • Mr Hysa was an appointed director of the company at the time of the breach of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality legislation.
