Conduct: Hadi Hussein Salih (“Mr Salih”) breached his duties as the director of The Top Cutt Limited (“Cutt”) by failing to ensure that it complied with legislative requirements in that: • Cutt did not comply with its statutory obligations under The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 resulting in the employment of 2 people who did not have the right to work • Home Office Immigration Officers (“HOIE”) after investigating Cutt issued a Notification of Liability for a Civil Penalty of £30,000 in respect of the employment of these workers, payment of which was due on or before 16 February 2024. • Cutt has not paid the penalty due to HOIE Mr Salih was an appointed director of the company at the time of the breach of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality legislation.
