Conduct: Halil Bysheva (“Mr Bysheva”) breached his duties as a director of JB Car Care Limited (“JB”) by failing to ensure that it complied with legislative requirements in that: • JB did not comply with its statutory obligations under The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 by employing a total of 7 people who did not have the right to work; • Following a visit from Home Office Immigration Officers on 25 May 2022, during which breach was discovered, JB was issued with a penalty notice in the sum of £20,000, which remains unpaid; • After investigating JB and carrying out 4 separate visits, Home Office Immigration Enforcement (“HOIE”) subsequently issued 4 separate Notifications of Liability for a Civil Penalty as follows: - A Civil Penalty issued on 04 July 2022, for £20,000, was due for payment on or before 03 August 2022 - A Civil Penalty issued on 28 July 2023, for £40,000, was due for payment on or before 29 August 2023 - A Civil Penalty issued on 05 September 2023, for £40,000, was due for payment on or before 05 October 2023 - A Civil Penalty issued on 20 February 2024, for £20,000, was due for payment on or before 21 March 2024. • JS has not paid any of the penalties due to HOIE • . Mr Bysheva was an appointed director of the company at the time of the Home Office visits, when the 4 breaches were discovered
