Conduct: Ersim Aydin (aka Aydyn) (“Ms Aydin”) breached her duties as a director of Missim Limited (“Missim”) by failing to ensure that it complied with legislative requirements in that: • Missim did not comply with its statutory obligations under the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 (“2006 Act”) resulting in the employment of two people who did not have the right to work in the United Kingdom. • On 10 February 2025, after investigation by Home Office Immigration Enforcement (‘HOIE’) officers, Immigration Enforcement issued a Notice of Liability for a Civil Penalty in the sum of £90,000 in respect of the employment of two workers, which was due for payment on or before 12 March 2025. • On 20 February 2025, after consideration of an objection submitted by Ms Aydin, the Civil Penalty of £90,000 was upheld and was required to be paid on or before 24 March 2025. • Missim did not pay the penalty of £90,000 due to HOIE which remained outstanding in full at liquidation on 20 August 2025. • Ms Aydin was in office as the sole appointed director of Missim from the date of incorporation on 18 May 2024 and at all times up to 13 February 2025 including at the time of the breach of IANA legislation. Ms Aydin was reappointed as sole director on 04 March 2025 and remained as such until liquidation. • At Liquidation on 20 August 2025, Missim had liabilities of £199,935, of which £90,000 relates to the outstanding Civil Penalty.
