Conduct: Hussam Alhajji (“Mr Alhajji”) breached his duties as a director of Mr Clean Car Wash Ltd (“MCCW”) by failing to ensure that it complied with legislative requirements in that: • MCCW did not comply with its statutory obligations under The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, by employing two workers who had no lawful right to work in the UK. • Following a visit by Home Office Immigration Officers on the 24 July 2024, during which the breach was discovered, MCCW was issued with a penalty notice in the sum of £80,000, which remains unpaid. • Mr Alhajji has confirmed he hired the two workers who had no lawful right to work in the UK. • Mr Alhajji was the only director of MCCW at the time of the breach of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality legislation.
