Conduct: Mohammed Rasul Abdullah (“Mr Abdullah”) breached his duties as a director of Super Dan Ltd (“Super Dan”) by failing to ensure that it complied with legislative requirements in that: • Super Dan did not comply with its statutory obligations under The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, resulting in the employment of 1 individual without the right to work. • After visiting Super Dan on 4 May 2023, Home Office Immigration Enforcement (“HOIE”) issued a Civil Penalty of £15,000 on 19 July 2023 in respect of the employment of one illegal worker. Payment of which was due on or before 18 August 2023. • Super Dan has not paid the penalty or entered into a repayment plan. Mr Abdullah was the only appointed director of the company at the time of the breach of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality legislation
