On 20 May 2020 Mr Fleming applied on behalf of CMG for a BBL of £50,000, which was received on 22 May 2020; • There is no evidence that CMG was carrying on business on 01 March 2020. The earliest transaction on CMG’s bank account was the receipt of the BBL on 22 May 2020. According to the trading history provided by Mr Fleming for CMG’s creditors, the BBL was used to help fund the business startup and CMG commenced trading in December 2020; • Total liabilities at liquidation were £62,676, including £26,279 in respect of the BBL obtained.
