Conduct: Mr Hamit Siga (“Mr Siga”) breached his legal duties as a director of Rokka 462763 Ltd (“Rokka”) by failing to ensure that it complied with legislative requirements in that: •Rokka did not comply with its statutory obligations under The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 (“2006 Act”) resulting in the employment of one person who did not have the right to work in the United Kingdom. •Home Office Immigration Enforcement (“HOIE”) after investigating the Company, issued a Notification of Liability for a Civil Penalty of £40,000, in respect of the employment of one worker, which was due for payment on or before 26 June 2025. •The Company has not paid the penalty due to HOIE. •Mr Siga was the sole director of the Company at the time of the breach of The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality legislation. •At liquidation on 03 July 2025, Rokka had liabilities of £200,828, of which £40,000 relates to the outstanding civil penalty.
