Conduct: On 08 June 2020 Richard Salazar-Campozano (“RSC”) caused Caffe Amor Peppers Ltd (“Peppers”) to breach the conditions of the Bounce Back Loan ("BBL") facility by applying for a BBL of £35,000 when he knew or ought to have known that Peppers was not entitled to the loan having previously applied for and received a BBL of £30,000 from a different lender on 14 May 2020, in that : ? ? • Under the BBL scheme businesses were able to apply for up to 25% of their turnover to a maximum of £50,000. Businesses which originally borrowed less than the maximum amount available to them under the Scheme were eligible to top-up their original loan, however the total loan amount was not to exceed 25% of the business’s turnover. Only one loan was available to businesses.?? ? • RSC made an application for a BBL of £30,000 on behalf of Peppers. The BBL funds were paid into Peppers’ bank account on 14 May 2020.??? ? • RSC made a further BBL application for £35,000 with a different lender on behalf of Peppers on 08 June 2020.?? ? • RSC signed the declaration on the application form and BBL agreement on 08 June 2020 confirming that Peppers had not received any other BBL.? ? • The funds from Peppers’ second BBL were paid into its bank account on 10 June 2020.? • Peppers entered Creditors’ voluntary Liquidation on 14 July 2022 ? • Total liabilities at liquidation amount to £113,823 of which £65,430 relates to amounts owed in respect of the 2 BBLs and?£30,000 were owed to RSC
