The turnover figure required was that for the calendar year 2019 or where a business was established after 1 January 2019 it is their estimated turnover.?? ? • Rcruiter was incorporated on 30 November 2018.? ? • On 20 May 2020, Ms Thomason applied for a BBL of £45,000 on behalf of Rcruiter declaring that its turnover for the calendar year 2019 was £180,000.? ? • Full company accounts for Rcruiter to year end 31 December 2019 show turnover of £71,887 which entitled the company to a BBL of £17,972. ?? • Rcruiter received the BBL funds of £45,000 on 20 May 2020.?? ? • Total liabilities at liquidation amount to £64,503 of which £45,000 relates to the amount owed in respect of the BBL.?
