Only one loan was available to businesses.?? Tariq Mughal made an application for a BBL of £50,000 on behalf of Westside Plastics Ltd on 27 May 2020. The BBL funds were paid into Westside Plastic Ltd’s bank account on 01 June 2020.??(“the first BBL”) Tariq Mughal made a further BBL application for £50,000 on behalf of Westside Plastic Ltd on 28 May 2020 to a different bank.? (“the second BBL”) Tariq Mughal signed the declaration on the application form and BBL agreement on 28 May 2020 confirming that Westside Plastics Ltd had not applied for any other BBL. The funds from Westside Plastic Ltd’s second BBL were paid into its bank account on 29 May 2020.? Total liabilities at liquidation amount to £382,487 of which £100,085 relates to amounts owed in respect of the 2 BBLs.??
