As a result of the inadequate records, it has not been possible to: • Determine the purpose of credits received in to the bank account between 20 January 2021 and 08 December 2022 totalling £6,394,161. • Why payments were made to the following: o £4,272,341 to Third Party A. o £431,814 to Third Party B o £989, 458 to Third Party C – a dormant company since 2009 The general consequence of incomplete records being made available are that it is not possible to: • Establish that all income received constitute the full amounts due for any activities undertaken by the company. • Ascertain the identity and reasons for all expenditures. • Establish the full and true amounts due to or from HMRC in relation to all taxations due. • That all assets, including book debts, loans or other non-physical assets have been disclosed, delivered up and/or full and fair value obtained during any pre-liquidation activity; • The full and true amount due from the company to all creditors listed. • That all creditors have been disclosed; and • The reasons for the company failure
