As a consequence it has not been possible to establish: • Whether payments totalling £8,087,430.91 made from One Minute’s bank account number 16750113 over the period 06 February 2023 to 13 December 2023 and payments totalling £14,966,130.38 made from One Minute’s bank account number 34476345 over the period 06 February 2023 to Liquidation were made in the usual course of One Minute’s trading, or for the benefit of One Minute and its creditors • Whether receipts totalling £8,086,356.79 into One Minute’s bank account number 16750113 over the period 06 February 2023 to 13 December 2023 and receipts totalling £13,949,566.52 into One Minute’s bank account number 34476345 over the period 06 February 2023 to Liquidation were the total amounts due to One Minute. • To establish the cause of One Minute’s failure. • Whether assets disclosed in the Statement of Affairs for One Minute sworn by Mr Salu Abdallah on 02 January 2024 comprising Book Debts stated to have a book value of £1,745,046.44, Cash at Bank of £60,000.00 and Funds of £6,000.00 held by the Proposed Liquidators were the total assets held by One Minute at Liquidation or whether there may be further assets realisable for the benefit of creditors. • To confirm amounts owed to creditors at Liquidation, estimated to total £3,945,934.54, or claims received in the Liquidation totalling £3,580,666.63, consisting HMRC of £3,065,599.33, a former director of £103,991.21, a bank of £28,968.09 and a trade creditor claim of £382,108.
