Conduct: Between 6 January 2021 and 8 January 2021, at a time when Touch of Greek Ltd (“TOG”) was insolvent and had ceased to trade, Loucas Alexandros Xeni (“Mr Xeni”) caused TOG to enter into transactions totalling £28,800 which were to the detriment of TOG’s general body of creditors and to the benefit of himself. In that: Mr Xeni was the sole appointed director of TOG from 13 April 2018. On 31 December 2020 TOG ceased to trade, with outstanding creditors of at least £68,836. Between 04 January 2021 and 06 January 2021, TOG received £25,000 in respect of the sale of the business. Following the final instalment on 06 January 2021, the balance on TOG’s bank account was £28,878. On 06 January 2021, a payment of £25,000 was made to Mr Xeni, with a further payment of £3,800 made to him on 08 January 2021. TOG entered liquidation on 16 September 2021 with creditors totalling at least £101,509.
