The turnover figure required was that for the calendar year 2019. • RVL was incorporated and commenced trading on 10 April 2018. • On 3 July 2020 Mr Preamkumar applied for a BBL of £50,000 on behalf of RVL declaring that its turnover for the calendar year 2019 was £262,000. • RVL’s financial accounts year ending 30 April 2019 show that its turnover was £120. • RVL’s financial accounts year ending 30 April 2020 show that its turnover was £3,250. • RVL received the BBL funds of £50,000 on 8 July 2020. • 10 Monthly repayments totalling £8,873 have been made towards the BBL. • Total liabilities at liquidation amount to £56,085 of which £42,455 relates to the amount owed in respect of the BBL.
