Conduct: Kieron Lloyd Junior Minto-St.Aimie (“Mr Minto-St.Aimie”) provided false information and caused St.Aimie’s Sports Academy Community Interest Company (“St.Aimie’s Sports Academy”) to breach the conditions of the Bounce Back Loan (“BBL”) Scheme by making an application for £25,000 when he knew or ought to have known that St.Aimie’s Sports Academy was only eligible for £10,457 thereby receiving £14,543 more than it was entitled to, in that:- • The BBL criteria allowed a business to borrow between £2,000 and up to 25% of the company turnover (up to a maximum of a £50,000 loan). • St.Aimie’s Sports Academy’s accounts for year ended 30 December 2019 showed turnover of £41,830, resulting in eligibility for a BBL not exceeding £10,457. • Mr Minto-St.Aimie applied for a BBL and stated that St.Aimie’s Sports Academy’s turnover was £100,000 and on 26 May 2020 St.Aimie’s Sports Academy received £25,000 in respect of the BBL. • On 12 January 2022 St.Aimie’s Sports Academy’s entered liquidation, their bankers are creditors in the liquidation for £37,247of which £25,000 is the BBL.
