Businesses which originally borrowed less than the maximum amount available to them under the Scheme were eligible to top-up their original loan, however the total loan amount was not to exceed 25% of the business’s turnover for the calendar year 2019. • Only one BBL was available per business and applicants had to declare that the loan was the only one being made. • Mr Price made an application for a BBL of £39,000 from Bank1 on behalf of PF on 12 May 2020. The BBL funds were paid into PF’s bank account on 15 May 2020. • Mr Price made a further BBL application of £50,000 from Bank 2 on behalf of PF. The BBL funds were paid into PF’s bank account on 21 August 2020. • The funds from PF’s second BBL were paid into its bank account on 21 August 2020. • Total liabilities at liquidation/administration amount to £185,173 of which £68,737 relates to amounts owed in respect of the 2 BBLs.
