Conduct: On 04 May 2020 Benjamin Morris (“Mr Morris”) caused Bam Paving Limited (“Bam Paving”) to breach the terms of the Bounce Back Loan (“BBL”) Scheme by failing to use at least £44,250 of the £50,000 obtained for the economic benefit of Bam Paving. In that: • On 04 May 2020, Mr Morris obtained a £50,000 BBL on behalf of Bam Paving. • It was a condition of the BBL Scheme that all funds were to be used for the economic benefit of the business and will be used wholly for business purposes and not personal purposes. • The BBL funds were received into Bam Paving’s current account on 05 May 2020. • After receipt of the BBL, £44,250 was transferred out of the business account between 06 May 2020 and 15 June 2020 with references ‘Ben Morris’ and an associated individual. • There is no evidence to suggest that these payments were for the economic benefit of Bam Paving. • At the time of the liquidation of Bam Paving, the debt outstanding relating to the BBL was £47,327
