The turnover figure required was that for the calendar year 2019 or where a business was established after 1 January 2019 it is their estimated turnover. • A1 was incorporated on 05 February 2015. • On 23 June 2020, Mr Gjuzi applied for a BBL of £50,000 on behalf of A1 declaring that its turnover for the calendar year 2019 was £200,000. • Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 show a turnover of £56,724, which covers the period from 01 April 2019 to 31 March 2020. • A1 received the BBL funds of £50,000 on 24 June 2020. • Total liabilities at liquidation amount to £43,082 of which £42,323 relates to the amount owed in respect of the BBL.
