The turnover figure required was that for the calendar year 2019 or where a business was established after 1 January 2019 it was its estimated turnover • KCM was incorporated on 29 September 2011. • On 23 August 2020, Mr Mouskoundi applied for a BBL of £50,000 and declared the turnover for the calendar year 2019 as £250,000, • A BBL of £50,000 was received by KCM on 2 September 2020. • Accounts for the year ending 30 September 2019 show turnover of £68,545, and accounts for year ending 30 September 2020 show turnover of £96,000. • A bank account analysis shows that for the calendar year 2019, KCM had banked income of £76,587. • By making an application to borrow £50,000, KCM received a BBL of at least £30,853 more than it was entitled to, based on banked income. • KCM made repayments of f4,566 towards the BBL. • KCM entered Creditors Voluntary liquidation on 14 December 2022. • Total liabilities at liquidation amount to £125,256 of which £46,046 is owed for the BBL.
