Conduct: Ikbal Hussain “(Mr Hussain)” breached his duties as director of Tender Love Limited “(Tender Love)” by failing to ensure that it complied with legislative requirements in that; Tender Love did not comply with its statutory obligations under The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 by employing 3 people who did not have the right to work Home Office Immigration Enforcement (“HOIE”) after investigating Tender Love issued a Notification of Liability for a Civil Penalty of £30,000 in respect of the employment of these illegal workers, payment of which was due on or before 15 March 2021. On 23 March 2021 HOIE issued an Objection Outcome Notice to Tender Love. This notice stated that Tender Love remained liable for the penalty of £30,000 and payment was due on or before 22 April 2021; Tender Love failed to make any payments against these penalties and the full sum of £30,000 remained outstanding at liquidation. Mr Hussain was in office as the sole director of the company at the time of the Home Office visit
