On 22 May 2020 the BBL funds were paid into Landlet’s bank account with Bank A. • On 18 June 2020 a further application was made for a BBL of £50,000 on behalf of Landlet from Bank B, in which a declaration was made confirming that Landlet had not received or applied for any other BBL. • On 19 June 2020 the BBL funds of £50,000 from Bank B were paid into Landlets bank account with Bank B. • Both BBLs remain outstanding at the date of the administration order, Bank A claiming £49,642 and Bank B has claimed £49,650
