11.1 Introduction

In the course of the discharge of his/her duties to protect assets and determine liabilities and the reasons for the insolvency, the official receiver will often need to interview company officers and bankrupts. This chapter provides guidance to the official receiver as to how such interviews should be conducted.

This chapter is divided into 6 parts as follows :
