Chapter 24 Receiver and Manager

Introduction

24.1 Introduction

This chapter provides details of the official receiver’s powers and responsibilities as receiver and manger on the making of a bankruptcy order. The chapter also provides advice on the actions needed to identify and protect the bankrupt’s estate.
