Chapter 31.5 MONETARY ASSETS

Introduction

31.5.1 Introduction

This chapter provides guidance on the various types of monetary assets that the official receiver is likely to encounter. A company director or bankrupt may  easily sell, conceal or otherwise dispose of monetary assets. It is important that the official receiver takes early steps to identify and protect these assets.

This chapter is divided into 9 parts as follows :
