As a result Primal received £27, 000 more than it was entitled to under the BBL scheme On 22 May 2020 Primal used the BBL to repay a third-party loan for which the directors held guarantees of £47,330. On 22 March 2021 Primal entered liquidation with total liabilities of £63,641, of which £43,632 was the BBL.
