Conduct: Mr Mokbul Abu Ahmed (“Mr Ahmed”) breached his duties as the director of Dunton Green Restaurant Limited (“DGRL”) by failing to ensure that it complied with legislative requirements in that: • DGRL did not comply with its statutory obligations under The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 resulting in the employment of three people who did not have the appropriate rights to work • Home Office Immigration Enforcement (“HOIE”) after investigating DGRL issued a Notification of Liability for a Civil Penalty of £120,000 in respect of the employment of these workers, payment of which was due on or before 09 October 2025. • DGRL has not paid the penalty due to HOIE. • Mr Ahmed was the sole appointed director of DGRL at the time of the breach of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality legislation
