Conduct: Mr Attique Ur Rehman (“Mr Rehman”) breached his duties as the director of Rolls Gul Ltd (“RG”) by failing to ensure that it complied with legislative requirements in that: • RG did not comply with its statutory obligations under The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 resulting in the employment of 2 people who did not have the right to work. • Home Office Immigration Enforcement (“HOIE”) after investigating RG issued a Notification of Liability for a Civil Penalty of £90,000 in respect of the employment of these workers, payment of which was due on or before 18 December 2024. • RG has not paid the penalty due to HOIE. • Mr Rehman was an appointed director of the company at the time of the breach of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality legislation
