Conduct: Vittorio Dragoti (“Mr Dragoti”) breached his duties as the director of Vito's Car Care Limited (“VCCL”) by failing to ensure that it complied with legislative requirements in that: • VCCL did not comply with its statutory obligations under The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 resulting in the employment of four people who did not have the right to work. • Home Office Immigration Enforcement (“HOIE”) after investigating VCCL issued a Notification of Liability for a Civil Penalty of £180,000 in respect of the employment of this/these workers, payment of which was due on or before 17 June 2024. • VCCL has not paid the penalty due to HOIE. • Mr Dragoti was an appointed director of the company at the time of the breach of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality legislation.
