In that: • Under the BBL scheme a business that was carrying on its business on 01 March 2020, was engaged in trading or commercial activity as at the date of the application, and had been adversely impacted by COVID-19 could apply for a loan of between £2,000 and a maximum of £50,000; • Fits Perfect was only incorporated on 11 June 2020 and it filed dormant accounts for the period ended 30 June 2021. It was therefore not eligible for a BBL; • On 27 September 2020 Mr Regan applied for a BBL of £30,000 and £30,000 was received on 29 September 2020; • A declaration was made on the application form that Fits Perfect was carrying on business on 1 March 2020 and was engaged in trading or commercial activity at the date of the application • Fits Perfect went into liquidation on 22 February 2022 with the £30,000 remaining outstanding in respect of the BBL
