In that: • Under the BBL Scheme, a business was not entitled to apply for a loan unless it was carrying on its business on or before 01 March 2020. • The Company Bank Account was not opened until 21 April 2020 • The Director has advised that there was no other bank account used by Parmesan Grill. • The first bank account activity was on 21 April 2020 • On 15 June 2020, Mr Ahmed applied for a BBL with Starling Bank having stated an estimated turnover figure for the calendar year 2020 of at least £200,000, claiming the maximum £50,000 loan entitlement under the scheme. • Company Accounts for Year End 31 December 2020 show a turnover of £12,194 • The Company Bank Account shows no evidence of trading activity from 21 April 2020 to 31 December 2020 • At liquidation on 12 March 2025, Starling bank was the majority creditor, being owed £49,166.67.
