Conduct: Mohamed Khaled Hamza (Mr Hamza) breached his duties as director of M&H Car Wash Limited “(M&H)” by failing to ensure that it complied with legislative requirements in that; • M&H did not comply with its statutory obligations under The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 by employing 2 people who did not have the right to work • Home Office Immigration Enforcement (“HOIE”) after investigating M&H issued a Notification of Liability for a Civil Penalty of £20,000 in respect of the employment of these illegal workers, payment of which was due on or before 04 April 2022. • On 21 March 2022 HOIE issued an Objection Outcome Notice to M&H. This notice stated that M&H remained liable for the penalty of £20,000 and payment was due on or before 20 April 2022; • M&H failed to make any payments against these penalties and the full sum of £20,000 remained outstanding at liquidation. • Mr Hamza was in office as the sole director of the company at the time of the Home Office visit
