Conduct: On 15 May 2020, Mr Mohammad Ahmedivand (“Mr Ahmedivand”) caused UK Dream House Ltd (“UKDH”) to breach the terms and conditions of the Bounce Back Loan (“BBL”) Scheme by overstating the turnover of UKDH in an application form, leading to it receiving a loan of £20,000 to which it was not entitled, in that: • Under the BBL Scheme, a Company was entitled to apply for a BBL of up to 25% of its turnover • Accounts show that UKDH had a turnover of Nil for the financial year ended 31 May 2019 and £19,352 for the financial year ended 31 May 2020 • On 15 May 2020, Mr Ahmedivand completed the application on behalf of UKDH and applied for a BBL of £20,000. The application form disclosed a turnover figure of £80,000 in the calendar year 2019 • The company’s statement of affairs in liquidation records a debt of £20,000 to the provider of the BBL.
