He signed and approved the accounts on 16 November 2020. • Bank Statement analysis shows that income from 1 March 2020 to 4 February 2021 was a further £320,259. • He made an application for a bounce back loan on 9 September 2020 declaring Legacys income to be £350,000. • HMRC have confirmed that they have not received an application for VAT registration from Legacy.
