Conduct: On 28 September 2020, Moira Wood (“Mrs Wood”) caused Clockwork Compliance Services Ltd (“CCSL”) to obtain a Bounce Back Loan (“BBL”) totalling £24,000. The BBL funds were not used for the economic benefit of CCSL, contrary to the terms of the BBL scheme. In that: CCSL received no income from trading in to it’s bank account after 26 March 2020 On 28 September 2020, CCSL received a BBL of £24,000. Between 08 October 2020 and 21 January 2022, Mrs Wood caused CCSL to transfer funds totalling £23,400 to herself. No evidence has been provided by Mrs Wood to say these transfers were for the economic benefit of CCSL. At the date of liquidation, Mrs Wood had a DLA of £54,476 At the date of liquidation, CCSL had creditors of £55,900 including the outstanding BBL.
