Determine the nature of payments from MHK Ltd’s bank account referenced “Loan/Mortgage” amounting to £2,845; Determine if transactions made from MHK’s benefit were solely made for the benefit of the company; Determine who had control of the affairs of MHK Ltd throughout the period; Verify the actual liability due in respect of VAT for the periods 10/20 to 10/21 in respect of which HMRC has issued assessments totalling £241,536.41; Establish the cause of insolvency of MHK Ltd.
