As such it has not been possible to determine: • the nature and purpose of payments received by Staywarm’s bank account from 2 payment platform companies paid between 1 May 2019 and 19 July 2022 and totalling £194,701. • the accurate creditor figure owed to customers for deposits paid but goods and services not received, currently known to be at least £132,752. • the nature and purpose of payments received by Staywarm’s bank account from an unknown bank account between 28 February 2020 to 26 November 2021 and totalling £26,820. • the nature and purpose of payments from Staywarm’s bank account to 4 financial services organisations totalling £36,907, between 28 December 2018 and 6 July 2022. • the nature and purpose of payments from Staywarm’s bank account to 2 third parties; an individual and a vehicle dealership totalling £35,460 between 14 August 2019 and 7 July 2020. • the nature and purpose of payments made from Staywarm’s bank account to an unknown bank account totalling £52,964 between 28 February 2020 and 8 August 2022. • whether the Bounce Back Loan in the amount of £50,000, received by Staywarm on 12 May 2020, was used for the economic benefit of the company. • the accurate position relating to any amounts owed to HMRC. • the true financial position of Staywarm as at the date of liquidation 31 August 2022.
