Based on this figure, London was entitled to a BBL of £15,645. • Bank statements show that between 01 October 2019 and 01 May 2020 the sum of only £1,813 was credited to the bank account which covers a period of 7 months. • On 08 June 2020 Mr Pathan applied for a BBL of £50,000 stating that London’s turnover was £220,000. This was £34,355 more than London was entitled to. • The BBL proceeds were received into the bank account on 10 June 2020. • At liquidation, the BBL of £50,000 remained outstanding with no payments being made having obtained £34,355 more than London was entitled to. Shisha Time Vape Ltd Prior to 27 July 2020, Mr Pathan provided inaccurate information concerning the turnover of Shisha Time Vape Limited (“Vape”) and a Bounce Back Loan (“BBL”) totalling £50,000 was obtained, being £34,530 more than it was entitled to. In that: • Vape was incorporated on 11 November 2017. • Mr Pathan was the sole appointed director throughout trading. • Accounts for the year ending 30 November 2019 show turnover of £61,877. Based on this, Vape was entitled to a maximum BBL of £15,470. • Prior to 27 July 2020, Mr Pathan applied for a BBL in the sum of £50,000 in the knowledge that this was £34,530 more than Vape was entitled. • The BBL proceeds of £50,000 were credited to the bank account on 27 July 2020. • At liquidation, only two payments totalling £1,796.90 had been made in relation to the BBL
