Conduct: On 26 May 2020 Milan Gazi (“Mr Gazi”) caused MMG Demolition Ltd (“MMGD”) to breach the terms of the Bounce Back Loan (“BBL”) Scheme by failing to use at least £40,000 of the £50,000 obtained for the economic benefit of MMGD. In that: • On 19 May 2020, Mr Gazi obtained a £50,000 BBL on behalf of MMGD. • It was a condition of the BBL Scheme that all funds were to be used for the economic benefit of the business and will be used wholly for business purposes and not personal purposes. • The BBL funds were received into MMGD’s current account on 20 May 2020. • £40,000 was transferred out of the business account in two transactions on 26 May 2020 with reference ‘Mr Milan Gazi’ • There is no evidence to suggest that these payments were for the economic benefit of MMGD. • At the time of the liquidation of MMGD, the debt outstanding relating to the BBL was £42,681.
