Conduct: • On 7th May 2020, Ms Joanna Karolina Szczepaniak ("Ms Szczepaniak"), being the sole director and shareholder of International Media Corporation Limited ("IMC"), caused or allowed the submission by IMC of a Bounce Back Loan ("BBL") application to Lloyds Bank plc which was materially inaccurate. • The BBL application stated that the turnover for IMC in the period 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2019 was £238,000 and applied for a maximum BBL of £50,000. • The actual turnover of IMC in that period was £74,279 which made it eligible for a BBL of £18,570. • As a result of the material mis-statement of its turnover IMC obtained £31,430 in BBL funds to which it was not entitled. • At the date of liquidation a debt of £48,237 in respect of the BBL remains outstanding to Lloyds Bank plc.
