PAYE/NIC/CIS/CT • At Liquidation, HMRC claimed £41,120.59 in respect of PAYE//NIC/CIS/CT (inclusive of penalties and interest) for the tax years 2019/2020 to 2023/2024. COMPARATIVE TREATMENT OF CREDITORS • In the period from 01/07/2020 when company bank account 1 was opened to 27/10/2023, the company made payments totalling £951,554.78 from bank account 1, of which £299,822 was identified as having been paid to Mr Kardos, whilst £1,644.78 was identified as having been paid to HMRC. • In the period from 01/04/2020 when company bank account 2 was opened to 19/09/2023, the company made payments totalling £312,076.88 from bank account 2, of which £90,600 was identified as having been paid to Mr Kardos, whilst no payments were identified as having been paid to HMRC.
