Conduct: 1. From at least April 2015, Dawn Elsie Peri (“Mrs Peri”) caused or allowed Project Zeus Limited (“Zeus”) to be traded to the detriment of Norwich City Council, who as a consequence lost £211,803 from the failure of Zeus.
