This was at a time when LWS became balance sheet insolvent and no supporting evidence has been provided to satisfactorily explain what this money was used for. ? He has not provided an explanation for the sum of £31,631 which was transferred to his personal bank account during the period 19 July 2017 to 09 February 2018. ? During the period 11 September 2017 and 11 April 2018, He allowed payments of at least £21,285 to be made on behalf of the unappointed individual, which were not related to the running of LWS.
