  • The company is stated to have accepted an order from foreign clients which comprised items of bespoke jewellery set with diamonds
  • Falsified invoices, described by him as “holding invoices”, were intentionally generated with names and addresses which did not reflect the ultimate recipient or the entire value of the order. The false invoices had a total value of US$1,755,947 which remained unpaid at the date of the liquidation
  • As a result of issuing falsified invoices, it has not been possible for the Liquidator(s) to verify what happened to stock with a minimum value estimated at US$1,755,947 (approximately £1,347,828 at a current rate of exchange), nor recover that stock for the benefit of the company’s creditors.
