Conduct: Ms Katya Gospodinova Gospodinova (“Ms Gospodinova”) breached the terms of the Bounce Back Loan (“BBL”) scheme by causing KGG Cleaning Services Ltd (“KGG”) to overstate its turnover on its application for a BBL resulting in the company receiving a BBL of £50,000, when she knew or ought to have known that KGG was only eligible for a loan to a maximum value of £9,376.25 in that:  • The BBL scheme terms allowed businesses to receive a loan of up to 25% of their annual turnover for the 2019 calendar year, which the applicant would self-certify when completing the BBL application.   • KGG was incorporated on 04 June 2013.  • Ms Gospodinova declared on the company’s BBL application form an annual turnover of £220,000 for the 2019 calendar year, and consequently on 28 July 2020 KGG received a £50,000 BBL, the maximum amount available under the BBL scheme. • Bank statements for the period 01 January 2019 to 31 December 2019 show receipts totalling £23,462.56. • Financial accounts to 03 June 2019, record turnover at £28,840. • Financial accounts for the subsequent period to 03 June 2020 record turnover at £46,170. • Based on the above financial accounts, KGG’s average turnover for the calendar year 2019 was £37,505. • Based on the average turnover for the calendar year 2019 from the financial accounts, KGG was entitled to a maximum BBL of £9,376.25. • The overstatement of turnover in KGG’s application for a BBL, caused the company to receive £40,623.75 more than it was entitled to. • At liquidation, KGG had liabilities totalling £52,627.10, of which £44,483.15 was owed to the bank in respect of the BBL.

Conduct: Mr Milko Dimitrov Yordanov (“Mr Yordanov”) breached the terms of the Bounce Back Loan (“BBL”) scheme by causing or allowing KGG Cleaning Services Ltd (“KGG”) to overstate its turnover on its application for a BBL resulting in the company receiving a BBL of £50,000, when he knew or ought to have known that KGG was only eligible for a loan to a maximum value of £18,752.50 in that:  • The BBL scheme terms allowed businesses to receive a loan of up to 25% of their annual turnover for the 2019 calendar year, which the applicant would self-certify when completing the BBL application.   • KGG was incorporated on 04 June 2013.  • The company’s BBL application form declared an annual turnover of £220,000 for the 2019 calendar year, and consequently on 28 July 2020 KGG received a £50,000 BBL, the maximum amount available under the BBL scheme. • Bank statements for the period 01 January 2019 to 31 December 2019 show receipts totalling £23,462.56. • Financial accounts to 03 June 2019, record turnover at £28,840. • Financial accounts for the subsequent period to 03 June 2020 record turnover at £46,170. • Based on the turnover shown in the 2019 and 2020 accounts, the maximum turnover KGG received in 2019 was £75,010, being the total turnover combined for both of those financial years. • Based on the maximum possible turnover for the 2019 calendar year, KGG was entitled to a maximum BBL of £18,752.50. • The overstatement of turnover in KGG’s application for a BBL, caused the company to receive at least £31,247.50 more than it was entitled to. • At liquidation, KGG had liabilities totalling £52,627.10, of which £44,483.15 was owed to the bank in respect of the BBL
