Conduct: From quarter ending May 2015 to the date of Liquidation 15 May 2018, Peter Harold Spendlove, (“Mr Spendlove”) caused Spendlove Property Limited (“SPL”) to trade to the detriment of HM Revenue and Customs (“HMRC”) resulting in a liability to HMRC in the amount of £245,038 in respect of: VAT

  • Accounts provided by the Liquidator shows that at year end 31 August 2015 Trade Creditor position was recorded as £25,750 which was reduced to £14,852 at year end 31 August 2016 and reduced further to £5,279 as per the Statement Of Affairs at the date of Liquidation on 15 May 2018. Whilst the Trade Creditor position was reduced from year ending 31 August 2015 to year ending 31 August 2016, HMRC position increased from £47,177 to £75,143 and increased further to £245,038 at the date of Liquidation.
