Conduct: Dr Fadi Petrat (“Dr Petrat”) caused Fadent Limited (“Fadent”) to trade to the detriment of HM Revenue and Customs (“HMRC”) from February 2012 01 December 2013 (TBC) until the date of the Winding up Order on 26 June 2017 resulting in estimated Corporation Tax liabilities at liquidation totalling £98,395 (inclusive of interest and charges of £6,977).

They also showed £20,441 was paid in salary for the year ended 28 February 2013, £25,192 for the year ended 28 February 2014, £25,205 for the year ended 28 February 2015 and £30,040 for the year ended 28 February 2016
  • At the date of liquidation HMRC is owed £98,410 and the only other creditor shown is owed £100. Further at the date of liquidation Dr Petrat is shown as debtor owning the company £167,537 on account of his director’s loan account. To date he has not made any repayment of the loan.
