  • New York Pizza submitted VAT returns for quarter periods ending 31/05/2014 through to 28/02/2017 totalling £173,217. Payment for quarter ending 31/05/2014 was due on 07/07/2014.
  • New York Pizza failed to submit any further returns resulting in HMRC raising assessments for quarter period ending 31/05/2017 through to 09/10/2017 totalling £51,555.
  • New York Pizza made payments towards VAT from 05/12/2014 to 24/03/2016 totalling £40,968.
  • New York Pizza owes HMRC a total of £183,804 in VAT liabilities.
  • As a result of the failure to submit timely returns and make sufficient payments, surcharges of £28,487 were incurred; the company paid £4,000 leaving £24,487 outstanding at the date of the winding up order. Income Tax
