As a result of this failure it has not been possible to: • Verify that the total amount paid into the HSBC Bank account of £1,441,848 during the period 1 February 2021 to the 7 June 2022, was received for the benefit of the company; • Verify that the amount paid out from the HSBC Bank account totalling £1,455,579 during the period 1 February 2021 to 7 June 2021 was made in respect of legitimate business expenditure and for the economic benefit of the company, being; • £513,512 to trade type accounts, £490,859 to unknown recipients, £249,501 to various named persons (wages), £109,234 to HMRC, £72,600 in bank transfers, £17,750 in cash withdrawals and £2,122 of cheque payments, • Establish if the company held any further bank accounts to which it transferred funds, • Establish what the assets totalling £180,420 as per the filed accounts for the Year Ended 31 January 2021 were, if and how they had been disposed of and to verify that all assets had been identified at the date of administration, • Quantify the liability position when Cargo entered administration on 7 June 2022
